When will I receive my order?
Shipping Address within Lima, Peru:
If you have placed an order for an address within Lima before 11 am, you will receive it that same day. This delivery service works from Monday to Friday, not holidays.
If you placed the order after 11 am you will receive it the next business day.
Shipping Address outside of Lima:
Shipments to province are sent with Olva. Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number with your order.
Most of our international shipments take between 5 - 10 days to be delivered. We use Fedex Priority for all our shipments. You will receive a tracking number with your order.

How does the pick up option work?
If you prefer to pick up your order from the office in Lima, Peru, you can choose the pick up option at checkout. It's completely free.
Once we receive your order, we will contact you at the phone number, WhatsApp, or email that you left us at checkout.
We will notify you as soon as your order is ready to pick up. We usually have it ready the next business day.
This option is only for picking up orders, there is no place to try on the garments.

Do you accept returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. You have 14 days from when your order is delivered request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
