When will I receive my order?
Shipping Address within Lima, Peru:
If you have placed an order for an address within Lima before 11 am, you will receive it that same day. This delivery service works from Monday to Friday, not holidays.
If you placed the order after 11 am you will receive it the next business day.
Shipping Address outside of Lima:
Shipments to province are sent with Olva. Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number with your order.
International orders:
Most of our international shipments take between 5 - 10 days to be delivered. We use DHL for all our shipments. You will receive a tracking number with your order.
Exceptions may occur in cases of high demand, promotions, and/or holiday dates. For more information about delivery times, you can contact us via email by filling out this form or through a DM on Instagram. We answer quickly!

Do you accept exchanges and returns? And do you provide refunds?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To start a return or exchange, please email us at hello@apricustudio.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.
General conditions:
- Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.
If your item is defective, we’ll gladly replace it after inspecting it at our office.
Returns & exchanges by location:
- Lima, Peru: You may coordinate to drop off the item at our office.
- Rest of Peru (outside Lima): Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our office.
- United States: Returns are free. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Rest of the world: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Yes, we do provide refunds. Once your return is accepted, we will proceed to refund the amount to the same payment method used. We issue the refund as soon as we receive the garment back. Please note it may take up to 15 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

How do I care for my Apricus garments?
- Read the Care Label: Always check the care label on your garment for specific washing instructions.
- Separate Delicates: Sort delicate items separately from heavier or rougher fabrics.
- Use a Gentle Detergent: Choose a detergent that is specially formulated for delicate fabrics.
- Hand Wash or Machine Wash:
Hand Wash: Fill a basin or sink with lukewarm water. Add a small amount of gentle detergent. Submerge the delicate item and gently swish it around. Avoid rubbing or wringing. Let it soak for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water.
Machine Wash: Place delicates in a mesh laundry bag. Use the gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine. Use cold water to prevent shrinkage and damage.
- Drying: Lay the garment flat on a clean towel, then roll the towel to remove excess water. Reshape the item and lay it flat on a drying rack or another clean towel to air dry. Avoid hanging delicate items as this can cause stretching.
- Ironing: If necessary, iron on the lowest heat setting and use a pressing cloth to protect the fabric.
Following these steps will help ensure your delicate clothing remains in good condition.

How does the pick-up option work?
The pick-up option is only available in Lima. It is completely free and you can choose it at checkout instead of the delivery option.
Once the order is placed, we will send you an email with information on how to pick it up. The pick-up point is our office in the Magdalena del Mar district, near the Real Plaza de Salaverry.
It is usually ready the next business day, but we will notify you as soon as it is ready. We will inform you via email and/or the WhatsApp number provided at the time of purchase.
It is important to note that there is no place to try on the clothes. When you go to pick up your order, we will hand it to you.
