We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To start a return or exchange, please email us at  hello@apricustudio.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.

General conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.

If your item is defective, we’ll gladly replace it after inspecting it at our office.

Returns & exchanges by location:

  • Lima, Peru: You may coordinate to drop off the item at our office.
  • Rest of Peru (outside Lima): Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our office.
  • United States: Returns are free. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
  • Rest of the world: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Yes, we do provide refunds.
 Once your return is accepted, we will proceed to refund the amount to the same payment method used. We issue the refund as soon as we receive the garment back. Please note it may take up to 15 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
